Road Track guard rails: 4 rails but some are missing the nibs that attach them to track. Track could use cleaning to improve electrical connection. Has all-wheel drive via truck-connecting shaft. One is broken.

The Locomotive and all train cars are in great, gently used condition. Some of the track pieces are missing alignment nibs. Engine: Union Pacific F3-A Diesel. The slot car throttles are in bad shape, but a regular HO train throttle could be used instead.

Marx Train 'N Turnpike Set #71540 Union Pacific. Both slot cars were tested with a HO power supply and are operational. Their tires are not hard. Set Includes: Union Pacific F3-A Diesel And Train 'N Turnpike Slot Car from 1962.

Nice Vintage Set. The track is the correct gauge but made of hollow steel rail joined with pins. The engine works great, as shown in the video; however, screw-in light bulb is missing.
