It is missing one small headlight from top casting and one pilot is broken, 3 pieces are there for you to glue repair. Clean lube may help them, but motor tried did not run when tested.

Results are from simple bench testing to help determine if mechanism is intact. Electric loco for Illinois sets is long, has a 3 position reverse switch added to existing window hole in front, otherwise balance looks original.

Light worked, so nothing is shorting.
