I had a feeling it was going to be good looking when poured on my HS Hartford roundhouse scene and right. No worse than dealing with a bag of regular quick-Crete type cement. Believe me, if I didn't think this was the greatest dirt for model Er's to ever come around, then wouldn't be trying sell it.

Not only did it look great, but applying was a breeze. It doesn ball up when sprayed with water. In fact, its not real dirt. Some items are cast to order and require a day or two for drying.

In case of eye contact, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes, consult physician. It just stayed in place and dried the same way I left. I've used all kinds of ground texturing materials over the years and by golly, best one happened to be real dirt.

Keep out of reach young children. You can call it clean dirt. This particular batch was ordered for some project that didn't require as much they thought needed and it ended up at the place where I purchase my hydro cal plaster. Mind you, it did dry a bit darker, but not much and still looks fabulous.

Avoid contact with skin. A dust mask and goggles are highly recommended if you do any screening.

Care must be taken when handling any powdered substance. Service please with any issues.

Contains fine powder. Not once did any of it ball-up when I sprayed down with wet-water. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. OK, its not your average ordinary dirt.

Super dirt is actually an engineered soil. No screening. What I didn't realize was how nice it going to actually look.

This is a mathematically derived value and just an approximation under ideal flat level situation may or not end up being actual covering dimensions stated due to slight variations in thickness when spreading out.
