On the very bottom of the base, there are some marks paint they are an integral part of this. Dust is free. No handling or packaging fees are built in.
Please refer to the pictures I have provided. Estate find vintage Lionel mainline diecast lock target signal in original box. One end flap has some discoloration at the fold seam.
What you see in these pictures is what you are buying on. I will combine shipping when it is possible to do so. I have other railroad train items listed. Please refer to pictures.
