Even with the box in this condition, it still is a collectible piece. Again, this is truly a nice collectors boxed item.

The plastic parts are original and complete for each box. Now, this outer box is only in fair-good condition for it missing one entire end section its left side and the bottom has deterioration.

This is an extremely difficult master set to obtain, especially one with the outer box. The paper window insert for small gas station is original and black background - a more uncommon. Lot: 346 you are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 CU-1 country unit - master set complete with inner boxes and the divider sections to smaller.

In addition to boxed items, I have some structures that are not as well having many small Plasticville accessory items. All parts are complete with no breaks, cracks of chips. See last 2 photos of box condition. Please look at all of the photos to see what you are purchasing.

All inner boxes are present in very good to excellent condition. The photos do serve as a visual for this item.

This cleaning can be done simply with water and mild detergent.
