The box is in poor condition. The lights are not electric. The loco runs forward and backward, the light works. Overall a nice set.

These are the bigger old Marx track, so this becomes a big layout. There are 12 curved and 14 straight track sections, they tarnished. The locomotive is the Marx 666, and it a smoker. This Allstate Marx Electric model 9725 Train Set is a must-have for any train enthusiast.

The cars have the plastic Allstate trucks and fork couplets. While the transformer looks nice it does have a hum. The loco is scuffed and could use a good oiling. The set has been tested and works.

The set includes a locomotive, tender, boxcar, tank car, flatcar, and caboose, all in multicolor with painted details. Included is a full trestle set and clips.
