The only significant scratches or plastic chipping is 3/8 inch square area in rear of cab roof with shallow grooves which there a magnified photograph. Neither of these wrong parts is glued so they could easily be replaced. The substitute ornamental bell should be black. It is missing three of its trim parts including the decorative horn.

This circa 1949 issue Lionel cab for the santa fe diesel bell ringer switcher is in good original condition. If this were on a layout completing any santa fe diesel switch die cast chassis you might not notice the grooves. One of the ornamental smoke stacks is too tall and must be some other part that just happens to fit.
