Includes the shack, watchman, instructions and original box, does not include any switches or hookup wire. This is a k line by lionel lighted operating watchman's shanty with red shack, grey roof brown base in excellent and perfect working condition with the original box instructions and compatible with all ac o gauge electric trains like Mth, Marx, Williams etc.

When the power is cut the watchman's lantern light goes off and then he turns around and goes back inside the shed, ready for the next cycle. The action on this accessory is very neat when activated by a section of insulated track or a track pressure switch the watchman comes out of the shack and then stands with the lantern lighted from the base as long as power continues to be applied. Here's a video of it in action where I had the watchman stop for just a couple of seconds.
