Details:

I am not a collector these all belonged to deceased family member. I have not opened this item and therefore am selling it as is, since is factory sealed they should be left. They have been sitting in storage for a few years and I tried to gauge condition as best possible. This Plasticville item is unopened and still sealed.

The outer plastic wrap does show wear and may be torn in places. This box does have a hole in the back, but internal bag is intact, please see pictures.
