The operating colonial house is ideal for o and o 27 train layouts, display and sets. Pre built and detailed the house features an operating front swing with figures, detailed driveway, interior illumination, figures and smoke.

Measures 15 x 9 x 7. Note some items can't be combined due to weight and size.

Three control switches with hook up wires are included that allow independent operation of the features.
