This set is in HO Scale made by Life Like of the Prestigious Proto 1000 line. Also, all the other parts in set are excellent condition with no damaged to any of trains or pieces. Condition: This train set is new in the box however I did test locomotive and it runs absolutely fantastic super quiet can be slowed to a snails crawl even cooler that headlight directional where on when moving forward turns off going reverse.: This is a nice train set that was originally sold in the year 2000 and extra ordinarily hard to find, easily classified as rare.

As I show in the photos, interior insert for box also has cracks and breaks on edges which appears to be just from weakening with age. I am listing it under Used only because, the box shows major shelf wear and damage, including scratches, tears, Cardboard lamination, stains / discoloration, wrinkles. While the box isn in perfect condition though, it still remains visually presentable and as rare this set is, I would say is not bad for being 25 years old.
