This house is a 1971 release color version and 2nd box for that year. In addition to boxed items, I have some structures that are not as well having many small Plasticville accessory items. Truly a very nice collectors piece.

The box too is in excellent, crisp condition. Lot: 1113 note: the photos provided do serve as a visual for this item.

This kit is in like-new condition with no breaks, cracks, or missing pieces. In fact, it hardly looks used.

This is a very hard-to-find color version for story rancher. You are purchasing a Plasticville o-o27,s gauge, story, new england rancher. So, please look closely at all of the pictures to determine for yourself its condition.

Tan side with chocolate brown roof red trim. The plastic parts to this item are all original from 1971 release issue.
