The screw hole is damaged a bit and looks like it may have been glue repaired some. Sometimes it works fine changing directions, so the bumpers do go all way in.
When I tested it seems like the reversing bumpers sometimes do not move all way in and direction then will change, but if force a bit, works. Either the bumpers need adjusting or maybe there is a for some lubrication. I am telling you all know about this unit.
