In addition to boxed items, I have some structures that are not as well having many small Plasticville accessory items. This is the 2nd release box and more desirable to obtain.

This Plasticville school building is one of Plasticville mainstays and always looks good on a layout, especially when lighted. All parts are original and present with no breaks or cracks. Note: there appears to be very, very faint remnants of spray snow residue on the roofs back left corner - hardly noticeable.

The box is in very good condition with normal wear for a this old. And satisfaction guaranteed.
