The door opens and man pops out light inside building lights up. So, the actual cost could be less, depending on where you live and weight. Correct me if I am wrong on anything.

Roof on this one is more maroon than the usual red I have seen. I must pay someone to take the package PO because am disabled.

But I do not know the actual shipping cost until get receipt back from PO. I estimated shipping based on the farthest zip code from me and weight of two pounds. Lionel that is what it says on the inside of roof, but top shack I think those are part numbers automatic operating watchman house.

I tested it and works when applied power to the two wires coming out back of peak area building rear wall. Total shipping cost of 14.

This unit is closing in on 70 years old. The weight estimate might be high.
