It includes the set box, 1655 Locomotive, 6654W Whistle Tender, 6452 Gondola, 6465 Sync tank car, 6257 Caboose, and individual component boxes for each train. This is a Lionel 1423W set originally produced in 1948. One end flap is missing the tuck tab.
One side of the box has a number written in pencil. When orientated with the opened end of box as top, label is right side up, and stamp upside down. It has a small tear on one end flap.
